Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail services and other courier depending on the product size/weight and deadline to be met.

We will send you tracking information when available to alert you. Once goods are collected by our carrier, we have no control over them so please if possible have a deadline with some wiggle room for any exceptions in transit.

All goods are insured and we need to be informed of any damage or issues within 24 hours of delivery for this cover to be valid.
